Bolt Cruises To Easy Win

A relaxed Usain Bolt easily won the 100 metres at Lausanne last night recording a time of 9.82 seconds. Bolt equalled the fastest time recorded this year brushing aside concerns that a recent Achilles injury could hamper his performances this season. Bolt looked extremely comfortable and relaxed at the Samsung Diamond League meeting. Bolt was returning from an enforced 6 week break due to injury.

Bolt’s two main challengers get their chance to prove what they can do as they are both due to race in the next event of the Diamond League in Gateshead tomorrow. Bolt will be back in action in Paris in just over a week’s time.
