STARSPANGLEDBANNER simply can’t be opposed as he beat ten of the runners of this race last time out in a great victory in the Golden Jubilee at Ascot. Runners up in the Ascot race were Society Rock and third placed Kinsale King who should both run well. Perhaps the danger will come from Fleeting Spirit who was 4th behind STARSPANGLEDBANNER although had a poor draw having to run on the unfavoured side of the Ascot track.
STARSPANGLEDBANNER simply oozed class at Ascot so will be a short price in this race. With a starting price of around 7/4 we still this as a great value bet.
