Chicago Bears @ Tennessee Titans Sat. Aug. 27, 2011 8 p.m. EST

The Chicago Bears are the reigning NFC North division champions and will be coming into the upcoming NFL regular season with high hopes of winning the division once again and making it all the way to the Super Bowl. Even though they have relatively the same team intact, the Bears are seriously deficient on their offensive line and struggle to keep Pro Bowl quarterback Jay Cutler upright.

With the offensive line being the Bears’ Achilles heel, Chicago will do everything within their power to upgrade the line and give Cutler the protection he needs to be an elite quarterback in the NFL. Despite their problems, the Bears should be able to contend in the NFC Conference once again this season and might be able to give the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers a run for their money in the NFC North division.

The Tennessee Titans on the other hand are at the beginning of a rebuilding process. With Vince Young heading to the Philadelphia Eagles and Kerry Collins signing with the Indianapolis Colts, the Tennessee Titans will look to veteran quarterback Matt Hasselback to shoulder the load under center and mentor rookie quarterback Jake Locker.

The one bright spot for the Titans over the past couple of seasons has been their ground game led by arguably the best running back in the NFL in Chris Johnson. As long as Johnson can continue to dominate out of the backfield, the Titans will have a shot to make it to the playoffs.
