Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Tennessee Titans Sun. Nov. 27, 2011 1 p.m. EST
Last week the Tampa Bay Buccaneers became relevant once again this season as they were able to give the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers a run for their money. Even though the Bucs ultimately lost to the undefeated Packers, Tampa Bay showed signs of promise for the rest of the season. The chance of actually winning the NFC South division as of right now is highly unlikely as the New Orleans Saints seem to have the division wrapped up, but the Bucs might be able to slip into the NFC Wild Card if the can get back on track.
In Week 12, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a good opportunity to do just that as they will face off against the Tennessee Titans. Despite the Titans having a better record at 5-5 and have superstar running back Chris Johnson seemingly back to form, the Bucs are the better all-around team in my opinion with ability to beat any team in the NFL on any given Sunday when playing up to their potential.
With the Tennessee Titans being extremely streaky as of late with just two wins in the last six games, the scales tilt in favor of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in my opinion. The Titans are definitely capable of beating the Bucs in Tennessee, but I believe Josh Freeman and company were energized by how well they played the Packers a week earlier.
As of right now, the Tennessee Titans are favored to get the win with a -4 point spread.
My Picks: Take the Bucs at +4
