world cup final preview odds tips

2010 world cup final betting tips & odds - netherlands v spainSpain are odds on favourites to win the World Cup to become dual Euro and World champions. I though am not so sure. I believe many giving the Dutch very little credit  for what they have achieved in the tournament so far vastly underestimating their chances of success.

Remember Spain lost their first match against Switzerland plus they struggled to 1-0 victories over Paraguay and Portugal plus only managed to beat Chile 2-1. No team has ever lost their first game and gone on to lift the World Cup. Add to this the Dutch have beaten Spain 4 times during their last eight meetings and you should start to realise why backing Spain at short odds may not be such a wise investment.

My World Cup Final Tips

The Dutch are on a superb roll: Amazingly they have won their last 14 games in the World Cup qualifiers and finals, which is an all-time record. Also remember the Dutch beat Brazil when they were given very little hope of doing so. With the likes of Sneijder, Robben and Van Persie the Dutch can give the Spanish a great fight which I strongly believe the Dutch will win.
Totesport have the Dutch at 11/4 to win which is superb value. Also remember Sneijder has a real chance of winning the Golden Boot and is generously priced at 13/5 to do so.
So my apologies to Spain as I’m going to go against the masses and take the 11/4 to see the Dutch lift the World Cup.
